Welcome to Troop 423 Troop 423 was first chartered in 1955, and has continued to serve the Old Bethpage and Plainview area for 50 years. We are a non-denominational troop whose members represent the wide diversity of our community, and we encourage our scouts to learn from, and respect that diversity. We meet every Thursday night from 7:30 until 9:00 P.M. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church's Gymnasium located on Central Park road in Plainview. Good Shepherd is our sponsoring organization, providing us with a wonderful meeting place, and storage facilities for our equipment.
