For many of you last night was your first Eagle Court of Honor. I am sure you were all impressed with the ceremony, the importance of this event, and Ryan's performance, and that it helped you set your sights on this goal.

Not too long ago Ryan was where you are now - a year into the program, eager to learn new skills, and probably thought the Eagle rank was so far into the future he did not give it a second thought. But time goes by quickly.!!! Keep focused on your advancement, work on merit badges - NOT JUST IN CAMP - and someday you too may join the ranks of our Eagles.

As impressed as we all were with Ryan, YOU also impressed him and all of our guests. Your behavior, willingness to help with the ceremony, and the work you did to clean up the gym in record time has shown all that you have passed the next phase in team building - we are a performing unit.
